Penn had earlier mimicked Trump’s senior counselor Kellyanne Conway’s weird pose.
Indian American actor Kal Penn who recently made fun of the posture of Trump’s counselor Kellyanne Conway has now directed his gun towards US Vice President Mike Pence.
A tweet that Penn posted on Thursday has become a talking factor with Indian Americans having Bollywood connection suppressing their laughter whereas the American followers of the actor are left confused about the comparison Penn does of Vice President Pence.
Penn tweeted, “Mike Pence reminds me of Kantaben from “Kal Ho Na Ho””. Kal Ho Na Ho is a 2004 Bollywood romantic tragedy starring Shah Rukh Khan, Preity Zinta and Saif Ali Khan. The movie has a maid character by the name Kantaben who mistakes Shah Rukh and Saif as gay partners.
For those who are aware of Pence’s strong views on anti-LGBT rights his comparison to Kantaben is sure to bring laughter.
