The one minute teaser focuses on Kangana Ranaut’s character
The first teaser of Kangana Ranaut starrer Simran was launched on Monday. Directed by Hansal Mehta, who also gave films like City Lights and Aligarh, the film runs high on audiences’ hope to see yet another block buster entertainer from Ranaut like Queen or Tanu Weds Manu .
The one minute teaser neither have dialogues nor any hint about the plot, but it focuses on Ranaut’s character and her mood. She smiles, laughs, dances, tries different types of wigs and seems enjoying a good time abroad.
“It’s Monday and she will give you many reasons to smile. Here is the #Simran teaser. #SmileWithSimran #Simran,” the director tweeted and shared the teaser.
The film, which was shot in primarily in Atlanta, is believed to be about Indian American woman Sandeep Kaur who was arrested in the US for bank heists and Ranaut plays the role of a Gujarati NRI Praful Patel, who works as a house keeper.
In the teaser, Ranaut’s character seems overjoyed about reaching in the United States and also, she looks pretty cute.
