“We are excited to offer our private- and public-sector clients Ravi’s tremendous leadership in bringing critical infrastructure investments from concept to reality,” said Matthew Dundon, principal of Dundon.
“We will build on his success at scales both local, leading the way on over $500 million in infrastructure projects, and global, becoming an important thought leader among government official and corporate executives on infrastructure investment matters.”
“I am thrilled to start to work with Matt and his colleagues. I believe their ten-year track record of providing first-rate financial services to institutional clients will enable me broaden into new domains my long-standing commitment to smart infrastructure investment, powered by capital markets, commercial partner and governmental support,” said Bhalla.
At Dundon, “I will be serving as a leader in the firm’s Infrastructure Finance business, advising institutional clients on financing strategies and capital solutions for large-scale infrastructure public and private projects,” he wrote on LinkedIn.
“My role as a Managing Partner at Dundon rests at the intersection of capital markets, public finance, and infrastructure delivery—helping organizations bring critical projects from concept to reality through thoughtful project feasibility review and analysis, structuring, and alignment of public-private partnerships,” Bhalla wrote.
“Across both the private and public sectors, I’ve focused on the full lifecycle of infrastructure investment: from prioritization and design to funding strategy and execution,” he wrote.
“A signature accomplishment was Hoboken’s leadership in Rebuild by Design – Hudson River (RBD-HR), a nationally recognized resilience initiative integrating engineering, green infrastructure, and community-centered design to protect the region from climate-related risks,” Bhalla wrote.
“These efforts depended not only on strong policy and planning, but on innovative climate finance approaches—leveraging federal and state funding, forging partnerships with the private sector, and structuring funding mechanisms to deliver projects at scale with measurable impact,” he added.
