The Campbell’s Company has appointed Indian American industry veteran Mohit Anand as executive vice president and president of its snacks division placing him at the helm of one of the largest snack portfolios in the United States.
He succeeds Elizabeth Duggan, who is departing the company to pursue other opportunities. As part of his new role, Anand will join the Campbell’s Operating Committee and serve as an executive officer.
India-born Anand arrives at the Camden, New Jersey-based food giant with more than 30 years of global experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) sector. He is tasked with driving growth for a powerhouse roster of brands that includes Goldfish crackers, Pepperidge Farm, Snyder’s of Hanover, Kettle Brand, and Late July.

“Mohit is a seasoned leader with a proven track record of scaling iconic brands across diverse markets,” the company noted in its announcement.
His career trajectory reflects a deep expertise in international business strategy. Most recently, Anand held senior leadership roles at Kellogg’s, where he oversaw the snacks business across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. His resume also includes a significant tenure in London with Unilever, where he led global water and beverage initiatives.
Anand’s professional journey began at Procter & Gamble, where he spent 15 years honing his skills in marketing and general management throughout Asia. This foundational experience in high-growth markets has defined his approach to brand building and operational excellence.

With a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Panjab Engineering College in Chandigarh, Anand earned a Master of Management Studies from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai.
The leadership transition comes at a pivotal time for Campbell’s as it continues to lean into its snacks segment, which has become a primary engine for the company’s total revenue.
Industry analysts suggest that Anand’s international perspective will be vital as the company looks to modernize its supply chain and expand the reach of its core “power brands” in an increasingly competitive retail landscape.
In his new capacity, Anand will report directly to Campbell’s President and Chief Executive Officer Mick Beekhuizen, focusing on innovation and maintaining the market-leading positions of Campbell’s legacy snack products.
