Navex, a global leader in integrated risk and compliance management, has appointed tech veteran Raj Sethuraman as Chief Product and Technology Officer as it looks to deepen its footprint in artificial intelligence and next-generation software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutisons.
Sethuraman, an accomplished Indian American executive with a career spanning over two decades in the technology sector, will take the helm of the Oregon-based firm’s product strategy, engineering, and technology operations.
The appointment comes at a time when corporate compliance is increasingly dictated by rapid digital transformation. According to Navex CEO Andrew Bates, Sethuraman’s arrival is expected to accelerate the company’s ability to deliver large-scale platform modernization.
Bates noted that Sethuraman has a “proven ability to inspire cross-functional teams” and foster a culture of innovation, particularly within highly regulated environments.
For the Indian American community, Sethuraman’s rise to the C-suite of a major American tech firm highlights a familiar trajectory of academic and professional excellence.
