Three top Indian American technology executives— Abhi Dhar, Sunil Cutinho and Milind Shah — were recognized by the 2025 ChicagoCIO ORBIE Awards for their exceptional leadership and innovation.
The prestigious ORBIE Awards – hosted by ChicagoCIO, a chapter of the Inspire Leadership Network – honor CIOs who drive business transformation and make a lasting impact on the industry.

Abhi Dhar, Chief Digital Officer, HealthBridge, received the Leadership ORBIE. With 30 years of executive leadership driving digital transformation and value creation across Fortune 50 corporations and startups, he brings a unique blend of strategic vision and execution excellence to the boardroom and C-suite.

As former Global CIO/CTO at TransUnion and Chief Digital Officer/CIO at Walgreens Boots Alliance, Dhar has led billion-dollar technology organizations, scaled digital businesses to record growth, and executed strategic M&A transactions that delivered exceptional shareholder returns.
Sunil Cutinho, CIO, CME Group, received the Super Global ORBIE for organizations over $5 billion annual revenue and multi-national operations.
He previously served as President, CME Clearing and as Managing Director, Clearing Operations & Systems. In these roles, he was responsible for collaborating with the company’s clearing members and customers to develop clearing solutions for listed and OTC derivatives, including credit, interest rates and foreign exchange.
Prior to joining CME Clearing, Cutinho served as a Director of Enterprise Architecture in the Technology Division. Before that Cutinho gained more than 14 years of technology experience including various positions at CNA Insurance, Proxicom, VISA International and GDS.
Milind Shah, CTO, Xerox IT Solutions, received the Corporate ORBIE for organizations up to $500 million annual revenue.
A dynamic innovator and business leader, Shah is focused on evaluating new technologies, tracking market trends and develop go-to-market plans to improve goods and services for ITsavvy clients. Shah has 15+ years of experience in IT, both as a client and as a sales leader.

He has experience in cross-functional solution selling, designing extensive multi-cloud architectures, and business process optimization across diverse retail, manufacturing, and healthcare firms.
The keynote address for the ChicagoCIO ORBIE Awards was delivered by Dhar. Nearly 450 guests attended, representing leading Chicagoland organizations and their technology partners.
