Three Indian American CEOs — Nitin Khanna, Kumar Mangalam and Shaunak Roy — figure among The 2025 Philadelphia Titan 100 for their outstanding contributions to innovation, business growth, and community impact across their respective sectors.
Collectively, this year’s Titan 100 honorees oversee companies generating more than $145 billion in combined revenues and a workforce of over 111,000 employees, according to a news release.
This year’s honorees will be published in a limited-edition Titan 100 book and profiled exclusively online. They will be honored at the annual awards ceremony on Sept. 18 at 2300 Arena in South Philadelphia.

This year’s Titan 100 embodies the true diversity of Philadelphia’s business landscape, according to the release. Representing construction, financial services, hospital & healthcare, information technology & services, marketing & advertising, and non-profit sectors, among others.
Khanna, CEO of Archer Insights, is a seasoned entrepreneur. He brings over 20 years of experience in business development, sales, and organizational leadership. A firm believer in leading with generosity and purpose, Khanna also mentors aspiring entrepreneurs and champions innovation that benefits communities.
Mangalam, Founder and CEO of Kapital Data Corp, leads a global talent solutions firm that spans the U.S., Canada, and India. Known for creating Madgigs, the largest ERP professional network in the U.S., and launching the “DreamHire in 45 Days” platform, Mangalam has delivered over $200 million in staffing solutions. His leadership style is rooted in mentorship, growth, and service excellence.
Roy, Founder and CEO of Yellowdig, is at the forefront of transforming learning through human connection. His edtech platform has been adopted by more than 200 institutions, creating student-centered communities that improve academic outcomes and well-being.
