Indian American data expert Sneha Ghosh has joined UK-based S4 Capital’s leading global marketing and technology services brand Monks to lead its North American data team.
Ghosh has been named as EVP Data, NAMER to accelerate the development of sophisticated data modeling across the company’s marketing services solutions, according to a company release. She will report to Bryan Sherman, EVP, Head of NAMER Media and Data at Monks.
Ghosh brings more than 15 years of experience turning data into strategic impact for Fortune 500 brands including Levi Strauss & Co., Microsoft, General Mills, ExxonMobil, American Express, Charles Schwab, and Sony in her previous roles at UM Worldwide and Starcom Mediavest Group.
In her new role at Monks, Ghosh will connect the power of data to brand outcomes and business growth, developing data-driven and AI-enabled integrated solutions for Monks’ clients. She will help advance the data practice across Monks’ integrated offerings of marketing intelligence, creation and orchestration.

Ghosh’s appointment reflects Monks’ strategic vision to bridge the gap between data and creative for forward-thinking, agile, AI-powered brands, according to the release.
In addition to providing data counsel for Monks’ key clients across the North American region, Ghosh will advance the integration and development of Monks’ AI orchestration solution, Monks.Flow.
Working as part of the Media and Data team at Monks, Ghosh will help the company integrate and lead talented teams with deep subject-matter expertise, and deliver solutions that are built for the modern age of marketing.

In her role as lead, Data and Analytics at UM she earned Cynopsis Top Women in Media – Data & Research Trendsetter in 2022 as well as AdExchanger + AdMonsters Top Women in Media & Tech Data Demystifier in 2023.
With a B.S in Mathematics and Statistics from Gujarat University, Ghosh has a degree in Applied Probability and Statistics from Northern Illinois University and a degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University.
