Private jet operator Jet Linx has announced in a press release that it is relaunching its Base Partner program, an equity-based model that allows local investors to participate in the company’s growth strategy across its locations. The program, which had been suspended in 2020, was officially relaunched in April of this year.
According to the company, the revamped initiative is designed to better align local investors with the success of all Jet Linx locations nationwide, while also supporting the expansion of its private jet service offerings. The program pairs Jet Linx with successful individuals in each of its markets who are private aviation users and familiar with their local business landscape.
These individual investors, known as “Base Partners,” do not operate as franchisees. Instead, they share in the equity ownership of Jet Linx alongside its founders. The company said Base Partners are strategically invited to participate based on their engagement and standing within their local communities. As ambassadors and shareholders, they share in the company’s broader success, according to the release.
“We are local, trusted members of the Omaha community where we were founded, which gave us a unique advantage over our national competitors to win the local market when we started. We grew by partnering with local individuals nationwide who gave us this same advantage in the city they call home,” said Jamie Walker, Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Jet Linx.
Jet Linx said this community-focused approach has enabled it to scale from a single base in Omaha, Nebraska, in 1999 into one of the largest private aviation operators in the United States, now with 22 locations nationwide. As part of the program’s relaunch, the company is offering new investors the opportunity to participate in both its existing bases and new locations planned for 2026.
Jet Linx also announced plans to expand to the West Coast, having focused much of its recent growth in the Midwest, where it was founded, and along the East Coast. The company emphasized that, unlike other providers of guaranteed private jet services that centralize operations through national call centers, its model distributes services and economic participation locally. That includes operating local private terminals, maintaining local aircraft and pilots, employing local customer service teams, and bringing in trusted investors with ties to each Base location.
“The Base Partner Program reflects Jet Linx’s commitment to its unique business model, which aligns the company’s national growth strategy with local partners,” Walker said.
