DXC Technology, a leading enterprise technology company, has appointed industry veteran Srinivas Sai Nidadhavolu to lead its global Enterprise Applications division, as it moves to transition AI from experimental pilots to full-scale enterprise production.
Nidadhavolu joins Ashburn, Virginia headquartered company following a nearly 25-year career at Wipro, where he most recently served as the Global Practice Head for SAP.
In his new role, he will focus on driving go-to-market strategies and deepening ecosystem partnerships to support customer-led growth. He reports to Ramnath Venkataraman, President of Consulting & Engineering Services (CES) at DXC.
The move comes as global enterprises increasingly seek advisory and engineering expertise to navigate complex, multi vendor environments. By strengthening its CES leadership, DXC aims to provide repeatable, partner-led AI capabilities across critical sectors, including automotive, banking, and the public sector.

A product of India’s premier educational institutions, Nidadhavolu’s professional trajectory is rooted in his academic foundation in Odisha and Orissa-adjacent regions. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Berhampur University before completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) at the Xavier Institute of Management in Bhubaneswar.
His career includes early roles at Indian staples like Mafatlal Industries Limited and global brands like Conagra, before he became a mainstay at Wipro in 2002. During his tenure there, he was instrumental in scaling global delivery models and managing complex SAP consulting services across multiple geographies.
Nidadhavolu’s appointment is one of three major leadership updates intended to bridge the “AI execution gap.” DXC also introduced Dan Albright as the head of AdvisoryX, the firm’s strategic consulting arm, and Stan Clark as the NextGen AI Partnerships & Growth Leader. Together, these leaders are tasked with architecting a model that links strategic advisory with partner-sourced growth.
“We are bringing together proven leaders who have delivered at scale,” said Venkataraman. “This allows us to help customers take on more complex transformation programs and deliver outcomes that drive growth.”
For DXC, recruiting a leader of Nidadhavolu’s caliber underscores a commitment to leveraging deep domain expertise and global delivery experience to meet the accelerating demand for AI-driven enterprise transformation.
