Healthcare marketing operating system Doceree has appointed Indian American tech leader Yeshwanth Srinivasan as its first chief AI officer in a strategic hiring aimed at accelerating the company’s internal data capabilities ahead of a key summer product launch.
Srinivasan, who brings more than 18 years of experience building machine learning, data science, and engineering organizations, will oversee the company’s intelligence infrastructure.
His appointment arrives just weeks before the scheduled July 14 industry release of Daily Command, an AI command center designed for pharmaceutical brand teams to analyze real-time clinical signals and track up-to-date marketing strategies.
Prior to joining Doceree, Srinivasan served as vice president of data science and engineering at advertising technology company TripleLift. During his tenure, he scaled the platform’s capacity from under 100 billion to more than 500 billion ad requests per day while contributing to more than 20 patents and technical publications.

His background also includes leading data science frameworks at video platform Dailymotion and digital media company Dotdash. The move into healthcare technology reconnects Srinivasan with his early academic and research foundations.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, and communications engineering from the Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology and Research Academy (SASTRA) in Tamil Nadu, India. He later moved to the United States to complete his master’s degree and his doctorate in electrical and computer engineering at Texas Tech University.
“What I enjoy most is helping teams turn ambitious ideas into products that create real business value,” Srinivasan stated. “Doceree is where AI can make better intelligence, personalization, and decision-making genuinely matter for healthcare professionals, for life sciences organizations, and ultimately for patients.”

Srinivasan noted that the appointment brings his career full circle, allowing him to apply the medical imaging and computer vision applications that initially defined his doctoral research.
Doceree founder and global chief executive Harshit Jain stated that Srinivasan’s experience in operating data frameworks at web scale is vital for the company’s expansion.
The firm operates within a highly fragmented pharmaceutical marketing sector that accounts for an estimated $30 billion in annual global software and services expenditures.
Working alongside newly appointed chief innovation officer Graham Wilkinson, Srinivasan will focus on deploying advanced predictive modeling layers to track clinical communication journeys, shifting the platform beyond general enterprise generative tools and toward specialized clinical utility.
