Planet Fitness Inc., one of the largest franchisors and operators of fitness centers in the world, has named Sudhanshu Priyadarshi as its new chief financial officer and president, international, effective immediately.
Chief Executive Officer Colleen Keating emphasized Priyadarshi’s results-oriented mindset, analytical approach, and focus on building winning cultures, stating that his diverse experience will support the New Hampshire based brand’s position in accessible, high-value fitness.
Priyadarshi steps into the dual leadership position with more than 25 years of experience driving enterprise value creation across consumer-facing businesses, having managed operations across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Africa.
He replaces Interim CFO Tom Fitzgerald, who will remain with the company as an advisor through mid-September 2026 to ensure a smooth transition.

Priyadarshi most recently served as chief financial officer and president, international, of Keurig Dr Pepper, where he co-led the development of the company’s enterprise-wide strategic plan and oversaw its global finance, IT, and international operating organization.
His career includes leadership positions at companies such as PepsiCo, Walmart, Flexport, and Vista Outdoor. During his tenure as CFO of Vista Outdoor, he helped the company close nine acquisitions and drive a sixfold increase in EBITDA.
At Walmart, his positions included vice president of finance for Walmart U.S. eCommerce and vice president of finance and strategy for Walmart U.S. Stores. He also previously served as the global chief operating officer of Cipla.

Priyadarshi holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia.
In his new role, Priyadarshi will oversee the company’s finance, investor relations, strategy, and IT functions, while leading the international business.
He inherits a fitness infrastructure that, as of March 31, 2026, included approximately 21.5 million members and 2,909 clubs across all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Canada, Panama, Mexico, Australia, and Spain. Approximately 90% of Planet Fitness clubs are owned and operated by independent business owners.
Priyadarshi expressed a commitment to serving as CFO and leading the international business to expand the company’s reach and drive sustainable growth and value creation.
