The Unchained Summit will make its India debut on Nov. 5 and 6 as investors, financial-market participants, digital asset companies, technology leaders and policymakers will meet in Mumbai, where the country’s financial and technology industry is becoming increasingly connected with Web3.
The two-day event, hosted by Aeternum, will be the third edition of Unchained Summit after Dubai and Vietnam. Organizers say the Mumbai summit will focus on the relationship between traditional finance, digital assets, blockchain infrastructure and emerging technologies.
One of the central themes will be India’s rapid rise in the global cryptocurrency market — India ranked first in Chainalysis’ 2025 Global Crypto Adoption Index, but its regulatory stance is still considerably more cautious than that of many other major markets. The summit will bring international perspectives into discussions about regulation, adoption and the future of digital-asset markets.

Tokenization and enterprise blockchain are expected to be also prominent. The announcement points to the Reserve Bank of India’s exploration of asset tokenization through its central bank digital currency sandbox, as well as the National Blockchain Framework as examples of wider government and enterprise interest in blockchain infrastructure.
The speakers include S.B. Seker, head of APAC at Binance; Ashish Singhal, co-founder of CoinSwitch; Praneeth Srikanti, partner at Ethereal Ventures; Eva Wong, general counsel at Parity Technologies; Prabal Banerjee, co-founder of Avail; and Dilip Chenoy, chairperson of the Bharat Web3 Association. Representatives from Coinbase, Ondo Finance, Base, Sigma Capital, Monarq Asset Management and Trilegal will also attend.
Day 1 will be in Markets, Finance & Digital Assets with regulation and policy, trading, tokenization and real-world assets, stablecoins and payments, wealth management, capital markets, custody and liquidity. The second day is devoted to Web3, Infrastructure & Emerging Technology and topics will focus on blockchain infrastructure, artificial intelligence, decentralized finance, scaling, interoperability, security, digital trust and consumer applications.

The event also highlights India’s growing technology talent pool. According to the event organizers, India had 21.9 million developers on GitHub in 2025, which is the platform’s second-largest developer community globally, with more than 5.2 million developers added during the year.
Sharath Kumar, the founder and CEO of Aeternum, said the summit is designed to connect the capital, policy and technology sides of India’s digital-asset ecosystem and bring international perspectives into the conversation.
With Mumbai as the meeting point, the summit will connect traders, wealth managers, family offices, founders, investors, developers, traditional financial institutions and Web3 companies.
Registration and event information is available at Unchained Summit India.
