Nehali Patel, an Indian American executive with more than twenty years of experience in hospitality operations and portfolio strategy, has joined Noble Investment Group as Director of Asset Management.
She will help lead asset performance across Noble’s portfolio of more than 200 hotels as the firm continues to scale its institutional investment platform, the Atlanta, Georgia based firm announced.
Patel joins Noble from TPG Hotels and Resorts, where she oversaw performance for a national hotel portfolio. Earlier in her career she held leadership roles at PeachState Hospitality and Marriott International.

In her new role, she will partner with Noble’s operating teams on multi-brand portfolio performance, with responsibility for revenue growth, operating efficiency, and asset-level value creation.
“Nehali has a track record of turning operational discipline into measurable results, from opening hotels to driving portfolio-wide gains in revenue and guest satisfaction,” said Steven Nicholas, managing principal and head of asset management. “That operating rigor is what turns strategy into cash flow.”
“What distinguishes Noble is the link between investment discipline and asset-level execution,” said Patel. “I look forward to working alongside the team to drive performance across the portfolio.”
Founded in 1993, Noble has more than $5 billion in assets under management and invests on behalf of institutional investors including public pension plans, endowments, foundations, insurance companies and wealth managers.

The firm concentrates on upscale select-service, upscale extended-stay and branded long-term accommodations. Those segments give Noble exposure to several distinct lodging demand patterns while allowing it to apply portfolio-level data and operating practices across a large collection of branded properties.
Patel’s experience managing national hotel portfolios fits that approach. Her mandate will involve working across brands and operating teams while maintaining a focus on the economics of individual assets, an increasingly important capability for hospitality investors seeking performance improvements beyond acquisition-driven growth.
The appointment also reflects Noble’s emphasis on sector specialization as a competitive advantage in alternative asset management. As the firm continues expanding its institutional platform, Patel will help connect that investment scale with hotel-level execution, with responsibility for improving revenue, efficiency and value across the portfolio.
