A video being circulated on social media has sparked fresh security concerns after it allegedly threatened U.S. First lady Melania Trump and her son Barron Trump.
The video was first reported by Tasnim News agency, an Iranian media outlet affiliated with IRGC (Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps). It contains violent imagery and explicit threats directed at Trump’s family. The U.S. Secret Service is currently investigating the matter.
A video circulating online reportedly urges supporters of Iran to target U.S. First Lady Melania trump, while ending with a threatening message aimed at 20-year-old Barron Trump. Titled “How to Kill Melania Trump”, the video shows Melania’s limousine driving past luxury stores such as Bergdorf Goodman and Saks Fifth Avenue. It also had red crosshairs style graphics highlighting the locations and suggestions where they could be potential targets.

A Still in the video displays the phrase, “Where to kill Melania?”. It ends with threat to Barron, stating “This is just the beginning. Barron Trump, wait for us.” this development comes days after large billboards at Iran’s capital – Tehran carrying strong anti U.S. messages. One of the prominent displayed in Palestine square depicted Trump family above coffins covered with American Flags with slogan “blood for blood”. Though it is not the first time such threats have surfaced, the recent one comes on the backdrop of heightened military tensions between Washington and Tehran.
Earlier this month, Donald Trump said he had been in Iran’s target list for a long time. He stated at that, “The only thing is, I’ve left instructions — if anything happens, to just literally bomb them at levels that they’ve never seen before.”
“1000 Missiles are Locked and Loaded and aimed at the Islamic Republic of Iran, with thousands of more to immediately follow, should the Iranian Government act on its threat, pronounced in many corners of the Globe, to assassinate, or attempt to assassinate, the sitting President of the United States of America, in this case, ME,” Trump said on Truth Social.
Other than the official statements from both countries, propaganda, symbolism, and online videos are becoming part of escalated tension.

President Donald Trump is scheduled to hold talks with Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu as he is on his official visit to the U.S. it is his first visit since U.S.-Israel launched their war on Iran on Feb 28.
Neither White house nor the First lady immediately issued public comments on the video. Nate Herring, a lead public affairs specialist with the U.S. Secret Service’s Communications and Media Relations office said that they are aware of the video that is being circulated on social media and investigates anything that can be perceived as a threat toward our protectees. He further added, “Out of concern for operational security, we do not discuss matters of protective intelligence.”
Earlier, Iran’s Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei had vowed on social media that he would avenge his father and Iran’s former Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei’s death. He was killed in the joint air strike lead by U.S. and Israel on February 28.
