Elliot assumes control of Riverbed Technologies
Elliot Management took control of Riverbed Technologies via Thoma Bravo’s $3.6 billion acquisition of the tech firm. Recently, Elliot is most famous for entering litigation over the Argentine government’s failure to pay sovereign debt and seizing a 3,700 ton Argentine naval vessel with a crew of 200 in the process.
