At least 10 federal agencies and 300 law enforcement officers were involved in a raid at a nightclub that resulted in the arrest of nearly 100 immigrants. Federal agencies reportedly raided an illegal after-hours nightclub in Colorado Springs early on Sunday, arresting more than 100 people that authorities said were undocumented immigrants and that raid seizing guns, cocaine, meth and pink cocaine.
“200+ inside an underground nightclub in CO Springs had their illegal party upended this a.m.,” the DEA posted. In a separate post, the agency’s Rocky Mountain division added: “Nothing good ever happens after 3 a.m.”
According to the DEA Rocky Mountain division, agents with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), homeland security, the U.S. Army’s criminal investigation division and the Colorado Springs police participated in the elaborate raid.

What is the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)?
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is a United States federal law enforcement agency under the Department of Justice. Established in 1973, the DEA is responsible for enforcing the controlled substances laws and regulations of the United States. Its primary mission is to combat drug trafficking and abuse through investigation, regulation, and enforcement. The agency targets drug cartels, illegal drug manufacturing, and distribution networks both domestically and internationally. It also monitors the legal pharmaceutical industry to prevent the diversion of prescription drugs for illicit use.
The DEA works closely with other federal, state, local, and international agencies to dismantle drug organizations and reduce the availability of illicit substances. In addition to enforcement, the DEA engages in public education and supports programs aimed at prevention and treatment. With offices across the U.S. and in over 60 countries, the DEA plays a central role in America’s efforts to fight drug-related crime and addiction.
