Vamsi Gadiraju, an Indian American technology entrepreneur, has recently stepped into the spotlight following his much-talked-about wedding to Netra Mantena, daughter of pharma veteran Rama Raju Mantena. While his wedding caught the internet’s attention for its scale and star-studded guest list, Gadiraju’s own professional journey is equally compelling.
Based in San Francisco, Vamsi co-founded Superorder, where he serves as Chief Technology Officer. The platform focuses on helping restaurants with multiple locations manage and optimize their delivery and takeout services. Under his leadership, Superorder has grown into a rising player in the food-tech space.
Superorder’s valuation has continued to climb, now estimated at around $18-25 million, positioning it as a promising player in the industry as restaurants increasingly turn to technology-driven operations and digital ordering systems.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Gadiraju earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Columbia University. He completed his schooling at The Harker School in San Jose, California, where he captained the debate team, ranked among the top 10 nationally in the Economics Club, and earned recognition as a National AP Scholar.
Gadiraju launched his startup immediately after graduating from Columbia in 2019. Today, Superorder is used by more than 1,000 restaurants across 180 cities in 30 states. The company is backed by investors including Y Combinator and Slow Ventures, and has raised a total of $12.5 million.
In 2024, Gadiraju and his co-founder, Raghav Poddar, were named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in the Food and Drink category, recognizing their impact on the evolving food-tech landscape. The recognition positioned him among a small group of entrepreneurs driving innovation in restaurant technology, highlighting his ability to pair vision with execution in a fast-evolving industry.
