When you’re building a company, the hardest moments rarely show up on social media. They show up at 3:12 a.m. — staring at the ceiling — wondering if building something meaningful is just a socially-accepted way of burning your life.
For Manaall Maniyar, that “almost quit” phase lasted years. Long days that became longer nights. Weekends that became work trips. Holidays that became factory visits. And the quiet pressure of choosing the uncertain path while trying not to disappoint the people you love.
What kept him going wasn’t ambition. It was love — the kind that rewires you.
In 2021, Maniyar’s Labrador Einstein was just a year old and struggling for his life. After multiple consultations, the family heard a sentence no pet parent forgets: “Nothing much can be done.”
“That sentence turns your life into a mission,” Maniyar says. “It changes you. It changes what you build.”
That experience eventually became the spark behind TailBlaze — a longevity-focused pet nutrition brand built for Indian pet parents who love deeply but often feel confused about nutrition. In India, millions of families feed a mix of home food and packaged options, yet clarity and trust in pet nutrition are still broken.
In May 2025, Maniyar told The American Bazaar: “We are one of the two companies in India which is completely vertically integrated. We own our own formulations, our manufacturing. Because we have that province of manufacturing understanding. We have a team of scientists.”
Fast forward to 2026: Maniyar’s dogs Einstein and Curie are thriving — and TailBlaze has just been featured on Amazon MX Player’s “Bharat Ke Super Founders,” a show that highlights founders building in the real world, through uncertainty and grit.

“It’s a rare milestone,” Maniyar adds. “Not because we’ve ‘made it’ — but because it captures what most founders never say out loud: you build silently for years, and then one day, the world notices for 30 minutes.”
With the episode now live, TailBlaze has officially opened pre-orders for HeartPour, its first hero product — a premium wet dog food designed for real feeding behavior in India.
HeartPour can be:
- served as a meal, when you want convenience without compromising quality
- or topped/mixed daily with home food or kibble, when you want to upgrade what your dog already eats
TailBlaze says the first drop is limited to ensure smooth fulfillment and quality control, and early demand has been strong.
While Amazon MX Player’s India catalog may not be fully accessible in the U.S., Maniyar hopes the Indian and South Asian diaspora will still be part of this moment — by sharing it with family and friends back home.
“If you’re in the U.S., please tell your Indian friends, families, and fellow pet parents in India to catch this episode and cheer for a homegrown brand,” Maniyar says. “And if you have pet babies in India — this is for them too.”
