A dispute on social media tied to immigration in Texas has escalated after influencer and self-described whistleblower Marc Palasciano accused Indians of targeting him with spam calls and said he could pursue action at the federal level.
Posting on the platform X, Palasciano alleged that he had been harassed through repeated calls and issued a warning to those he believes are responsible. “Dear Indians Targeting Me – You’re now in violation of federal and state law. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to have the Federal Government come find you. FAFO,” he wrote.
The warning followed a video he posted in which he claimed he had been inundated with unsolicited calls over the past few days. In the clip, he suggested the calls started soon after he began talking about what he described as an “Indian takeover” in the Texas city of Frisco and voicing criticism of the use of H-1B visas.

In another post, he shared a video of his phone’s call log to support the claim that he had been receiving repeated spam calls.
In the clip, he said: “Let me show you how some Indians are now breaking the law. Look at my spam calls. This is from Tuesday. This is from yesterday. I had 30 spam calls call me yesterday. And this is from today, just from 8:40 to 9:48 a.m. This isn’t a coincidence that it started happening after I started exposing H1Bs and the Indian takeover in Frisco. And what they’re doing is actually against the law. It is illegal for people to sign other people up to spam calls. It is a violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. And on top of that, it’s targeted harassment.”
He also said he intends to file a complaint with regulators over the alleged calls.

Palasciano also said the calls have not disrupted him personally because his phone has a screening feature. “But it just shows that Indians are willing to violate laws in America if you speak up against what they’re doing with H1B visas and the Indian takeover in Frisco. Speaking up using the First Amendment isn’t against the law. What they’re doing is against the law,” he said.
The dispute comes amid a broader controversy surrounding recent meetings of the Frisco City Council in Frisco, Texas. Earlier, Palasciano shared a photo of Boy Scouts attending a council meeting and claimed it reflected what he described as an “Indian takeover.”
Several social media users challenged that claim, noting that the presence of scouts at the meeting follows a long standing local tradition.
