BlazeTV report fuels renewed scrutiny of visa practices, amid broader debate over foreign workers and labor rules
Another viral video by BlazeTV reporter Sara Gonzales, circulating on social media, scrutinizes yet another Indian American-owned company in Texas that employs H-1B visa holders.
In the video, released on Sunday, Gonzales investigates Innovative Datalytics Group LLC, which lists a business address in Plano, Texas.
“Innovative Datalytics stood out because it had no website, which is weird for a company with a bunch of software engineers here on H1B visas,” she says. “The visa paperwork listed the company in Suite 78. So, we went looking for it but couldn’t seem to find that suite number in the entire building, until we found Suite 78 right here, pretty cramped quarters for seven workers.”
Gonzales then visits the residence of the owner, Uma Devi, who does not seem to know the exact location of her seven employees working on H-1B visas. When questioned about the workers and her responsibilities as an employer, Devi responds, “I don’t know. I have to check with my husband.”
“The first business owner I have seen who has no idea of her own business,” Gonzales says.

The video, widely shared on X, echoes familiar claims that foreign workers are displacing American employees and benefiting from systemic loopholes. It amplifies a narrative that has gained traction recently: that the H-1B visa program is being misused by companies to undercut domestic labor. Similar messaging has appeared in past political campaigns and official content, including a U.S. Department of Labor video asserting that “Young Americans have had the American Dream stolen from them, as jobs have been replaced by foreign workers due to rampant abuse of the H-1B visa.”
7 H-1B visa workers were supposed to be working on site at the Innovative Data Analytics Group LLC in Plano, Texas.
This particular company stood out because they had no website, which is odd for a company with a bunch of software engineers.

This is not the first time Gonzales has investigated H-1B employers in Texas. In January, she released a video report on multiple Texas-based companies that, she says, received approvals to sponsor foreign workers while operating out of residential homes, virtual offices, or unfinished commercial spaces.
Last month, Gonzales released a video that shows an Indian national on an H-1B visa running a food truck business, which, according to the reporter, was in violation of immigration and labor laws.
These episodes reflect a broader pattern in which journalists and commentators repeatedly scrutinize Indian-linked businesses, often framing them within narratives of fraud or exploitation.
