Julius Körfgen, co-founder and CEO of AI marketing startup Uplane, said the company is working with AG1 and Kalshi to replace marketing agencies with AI.
“Marketing teams still wait weeks for ads, landing pages, and results.
Uplane generates hundreds of ads with matching landing pages, and steers ad spend across channels like Meta, Google, and TikTok toward whatever performs best,” Körfgen wrote on LinkedIn. “Uplane automatically researches markets and audiences, creates on-brand assets, launches campaigns, runs A/B tests, and shifts budget toward the strongest results. Every outcome feeds back into the system, so Uplane keeps learning from what actually works.”

“The marketing teams we work with make the final call on what is launched, while Uplane takes over all of the repetitive manual work, and increases ROAS by on average +30% for our clients,” he added.
Earlier this year, the San Francisco-based startup raised $4.5 million in seed funding. The seed round was led by Play Ventures, with participation from Y Combinator, 20VC, Rebel Fund and Multimodal Ventures.
Uplane was founded by Julius Körfgen, Lukas Vollmer and Marvin Abdel-Massih in November. It targets companies that spend $100,000 or more a month on digital marketing and charges them an annual fee. Clients include Aonic, a wellness company co-founded by Kim Kardashian’s personal trainer; Wagetap, an Australian fintech company; and German railroad Deutsche Bahn.
The company’s platform allows brands to launch and test ad campaigns on digital channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn, and steer their ad spending toward the best-performing campaigns. Uplane also lets clients launch and test website landing pages.

Clients can upload their own ads or use Uplane to create AI-generated visuals. Uplane works with both text and video ads. According to the Y Combinator website, Uplane generates hundreds of ads with matching landing pages and steers ad spending across channels such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn and others. By connecting to CRM and ERP data, Uplane learns what drives profits and continuously improves campaigns.
Körfgen has said that, overall, its clients have improved their return on ad spend by 30% in about six weeks compared with their agencies’ performance. With Aonic, the improvement in return was 60%.
Körfgen said Uplane enabled Deutsche Bahn to do the same work its large agency used to do in a fraction of the time.
“They’re literally taking them off many of or all of the tasks in the campaigns that we manage now,” he said.
