BENGALURU: Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan who is said to be fully immersed in the shooting of the upcoming epic movie Mohenjo Daro, directed by Ashutosh Gowarikar, is training hard to fight tigers in one of the key scenes of the movie, which is expected to hit screens during August next year.
Celebrity fitness expert Satyajit Chaurasia was quoted by IANS saying that the Bollywood hunk is currently under his training for a much challenging sequence in the movie in which he fights tigers.
“The script of Mohenjo Daro is superb. Hrithik is my friend and he has shared with me the details of the body shots and other sequences while working out. There are combat scenes between him and tigers in the film. So I’m training him to build the right body for these kinds of sequences,†said Chaurasia.
Satyajit Chaurasia who is a renowned trainer in Bollywood was the one who trained Aamir Khan for the movie Ghajini, which featured him in eight pack abs. He is also known to have trained actors like Rani Mukherjee, Kareena Kapoor and Esha Deol.
Chaurasia added “For him, it is a stress-buster which gives him a lot of delight. So, I try to give him numerous workout drills to keep him happy. He has worked really hard for Mohenjo Daro, with a lot of planning, and his body is looking perfect in the film,”
Mohenjo Daro is an epic movie based on the Indus Valley civilization directed by Gowariker whose earlier directorial stints include Swades and Jodhaa Akbar. The movie is almost entirely shot in South Africa and Bhuj in Gujarat.
