As companies across industries continue increasing investments in artificial intelligence technologies, technology executive Venkat Chitturi says many enterprise AI projects fail not because of weak algorithms, but because the surrounding operational systems are not built to support long-term production use.
Chitturi, founder of the Houston-based engineering firm Technoidentity, recently released two books, Durable Agents and Built to Endure, through BlueRose Publishers. The books were introduced during the Replay 2026 technology conference alongside Samar Abbas.
The publications focus on enterprise software reliability, operational resilience and the challenges businesses face while integrating artificial intelligence systems into large-scale corporate environments, according to a company media release.
Chitturi argues that many organization’s are moving aggressively to automate business functions without fully addressing the infrastructure needed to maintain stability once those systems are deployed in real-world operations.

The books, according to him promote a systems-focused approach that prioritizes reliability, governance and sustainable software architecture over rapid implementation alone.
Technoidentity describes its engineering philosophy as “Durable Product Engineering,” a framework aimed at reducing technical debt and strengthening the long-term performance of enterprise software systems.
The methodology, it says is designed to help businesses move AI tools beyond experimental pilot phases and into scalable production environments capable of handling operational pressure over extended periods.
The books address different aspects of enterprise technology deployment. Built to Endure is geared toward business leaders and technology executives, focusing on software execution, product architecture and long-term operational planning. It outlines strategies for building digital systems intended to remain adaptable and stable as organizations scale their technology operations.
Durable Agents focuses specifically on artificial intelligence deployment and the infrastructure required to support AI systems in production environments. It discusses workflow orchestration, recoverability, auditability and human oversight, areas that have become increasingly important as businesses adopt automated decision-making systems.

Technoidentity operates from Houston while also maintaining business operations connected to India, including activity in Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
The launch comes as companies worldwide continue integrating AI into sectors including finance, healthcare, logistics and customer service. Industry analysts have increasingly warned that organizations often underestimate the operational complexity involved in maintaining AI systems after deployment, particularly when scaling automation across multiple business functions.
Chitturi said organizations adopting artificial intelligence technologies should focus not only on speed and automation, but also on creating systems that remain reliable, traceable and adaptable over time.
Both books are currently available through major online retail platforms, including Amazon.
