Indian American corporate transformation executive Krishna Nacha has joined legal and business solutions provider Integreon as its new chief executive officer and a member of its board of directors to spearhead its next chapter of expansion.
Nacha brings more than three decades of global business process, technology services, and information management experience to his new leadership role. Prior to taking the helm at Integreon, Nacha served as the head of the Americas at information management services provider Iron Mountain.
His extensive corporate trajectory also includes high-profile executive roles at Wipro and EXL Service, alongside previous commercial and operational leadership positions at Capgemini, Infosys, and Unilever.

Nacha’s rise through the global business landscape remains deeply rooted in his Indian heritage. Raised and educated in India, he cultivated his academic foundation at some of the country’s premier institutions.
He earned his Bachelor of Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka before completing his Master of Business Administration at XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s most prestigious business schools. This rigorous academic grounding prepared him to navigate complex operational turnarounds across global P&Ls.
Now based in the United States, Nacha joins Integreon during a major inflection point for the legal and business services industry. He is tasked with steering a “domain-led, AI-forward” growth strategy, which pairs advanced artificial intelligence workflows with deep sector expertise to optimize critical business functions for corporations, law firms, and professional services organizations.
Nacha emphasized that in a market defined by speed and AI, clients require a strategic partner capable of combining industry context with automated delivery models to provide high-velocity results at scale.

Private equity firm EagleTree Capital, Integreon’s primary investor, expressed strong confidence in the appointment, noting that Nacha’s experience in executing complex, technology-driven transformations will significantly expand the company’s capabilities.
