Digital services company Improving has appointed Indian American tech veteran Ashok Iyengar as executive vice president of global services.
In this new corporate role, Iyengar is set to direct the company’s global services sales strategy and manage the expansion of its enterprise client portfolio across 21 offices in North America, South America, and India, the Dallas, Texas based company announced July 1.
Iyengar joins the organization with a 34-year career history of scaling technology services businesses across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
He most recently served as senior vice president and head of the Hitachi Business Unit at GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group company.

During his tenure at GlobalLogic, Iyengar was one of three founding leaders of the post-acquisition synergy organization, where he grew the business unit to more than $275 million, covering sectors such as energy, mobility, rail, and connected industries.
In his new position, Iyengar will centralize Improving’s global sales framework, strengthen strategic enterprise partnerships, and grow the international sales team. He is slated to work closely with the managing director of global services, company enterprise presidents, and regional sales executives across the firm’s international network to support its 10-year growth vision.
“Ashok brings a rare combination of global scale experience and hands-on delivery leadership,” Curtis Hite, CEO of Improving, stated in a news release. His “track record in building global teams and managing enterprise engagements would help drive the firm’s next stage of commercial growth.’

The appointment comes during an ongoing expansion of Improving’s global delivery operations, which recently included workforce additions across Latin America and India.
Iyengar’s professional focus centers on large-scale digital transformation programs, including data platforms, operational technology, and artificial intelligence systems.
“Improving has built something genuinely differentiated—a culture of trust and excellence that clients feel and that Improvers are proud to be part of,” Iyengar said. He noted that his primary objective will be translating that existing corporate structure into strategic partnerships and global delivery programs.
Improving specializes in artificial intelligence, data systems, and custom application development. The firm has partnered with private equity company Trinity Hunt Partners since 2018 to fund its corporate expansion.
