Maye Musk has highlighted the role of her son Elon Musk in her new memoir, Timeless: The Art of Reinvention and Resilience at Any Age, which was released September 15.
Elon Musk recently promoted the book on X, writing, “My Mom’s book is coming out soon @mayemusk,” along with a link to the book. Maye Musk responded to her son’s post, saying, “Thank you for the post. My book does include stories about you, my genius son. Love you @elonmusk.”
The memoir, published by HarperCollins, covers Musk’s career as a model and dietitian, her experiences raising three children and her later-life career. The publisher describes the book as an account of her “second—and third, and fourth—acts” and her approach to reinvention later in life.

The book also includes stories from the early years of Elon Musk and his brother Kimbal Musk. According to a recent Business Insider report, Maye Musk writes about helping her sons during the early days of their startup Zip2, including mediating disagreements between the brothers and assisting with their work and living arrangements.
Maye Musk, 78, previously announced that Timeless would be released September 15, 2026, and described it as a behind-the-scenes account of the different stages of her life and career.
