HighLevel has announced a strategic partnership with digital marketing entrepreneur Neil Patel aimed at helping small businesses make greater use of artificial intelligence technologies.
The collaboration brings together HighLevel, a business platform serving agencies, marketers and entrepreneurs, and Patel, co-founder of NP Digital.
According to the companies, the multi-year agreement is intended to support the development and adoption of AI-powered solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.
Under this partnership, Patel will work closely with HighLevel on product innovation, educational initiatives and market expansion efforts. The companies said the collaboration is designed to help business owners better understand and implement AI tools within their organizations.

“AI should not be reserved for enterprise companies,” Patel stated. “Small businesses deserve access to the same advantages.”
HighLevel said the partnership aligns with its broader efforts to make AI technology more accessible to entrepreneurs and agencies. The company provides a platform that includes tools for customer relationship management, marketing automation, websites, communication and business operations.
As part of the agreement, Patel and HighLevel plan to collaborate on AI-focused features and search engine optimization initiatives. The companies also plan to create educational content intended to help businesses learn how to use AI more effectively.
The partnership will include the launch of a new podcast focused on business growth and technology adoption. HighLevel will serve as the founding sponsor of the program, according to the announcement.
Company officials also said they expect the collaboration to support international growth opportunities. HighLevel noted that the partnership could help strengthen its presence in markets where NP Digital already operates, including the United Kingdom and Australia.

Patel will participate in upcoming HighLevel initiatives, including the company’s LevelUp event and its “Summer of AI” campaign. The campaign is intended to provide entrepreneurs with access to AI-related tools, resources and educational materials.
HighLevel said the partnership reflects its ongoing investment in artificial intelligence and its efforts to provide business owners with technology that can support marketing, customer engagement and operational efficiency.
