A lawsuit filed by Nepali American former banker Chirayu Rana against JPMorgan Chase and executive Lorna Hajdini has intensified scrutiny around workplace conduct, internal investigations, and reputational risk on Wall Street after details of the case spread widely online.  Rana, a former senior vice president in JPMorgan’s leveraged finance division, accused Hajdini of sexual assault, coercion, racial harassment, and workplace retaliation in a lawsuit filed in New York State court.
